Newphoria

Martina (lead), Anke (bass), Katharina (baritone) and Elisabeth (tenor) – that’s Newphoria from Munich.

Since 2021, we’ve been sharing our love of barbershop harmonies, those goosebump moments when everything just clicks, and, just as importantly, coffee and cake.

At the German Barbershop Music Festival in Dortmund, we were named the best female quartet, which led us to represent BinG! at the European Barbershop Convention 2025 in Helsingborg, Sweden. It was an unforgettable experience.

For several years, Newphoria was a long-distance quartet. So it’s all the more delightful that, since January 2026, we’ve all been living in and around Munich. That means more rehearsals, more laughter and, of course, more coffee and cake.
