Harmunichs

This multi-award-winning female chorus captivates audiences with its rich sound and rousing performances. Founded in 1995 as Munich’s first barbershop chorus, the ensemble has long since moved beyond the barbershop genre, continually expanding its repertoire to include exciting arrangements from pop, rock and musicals. Under the experienced direction of Monica Knox, the approximately 50 singers, aged between 23 and 70+, create special moments on stage. In Germany, the Harmunichs have been at the forefront of the barbershop scene for years. This is evidenced by a total of four gold medals (most recently in 2023) and four silver medals at the German Championships.
